Meisam Habibimatin, PhD
I'm a neuroengineer and NSF-ASEE postdoctoral fellow in the Nanoneurotechnology lab at the Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering at Purdue
My current research focuses on the thermal modulation of cortical circuits to control the timing of behavior and uncover the underlying cellular mechanisms. Alongside these mechanistic studies, I am developing microfluidic technologies for localized cooling that can be integrated with two-photon calcium imaging in behaving mice.
